General Delivery Conditions

Timelines for orders delivery start as soon as you receive an order confirmation after placing your order online.

As soon as your order is confirmed and accepted by us, you’ll receive another mail stating that your order has been shipped from our warehouses.

We will make sure delivering your items within our stated delivery time, however we are not responsible for delivery failures due to reasons above our expectations such as requesting a delivery postponement by the customer or being not present to receive our package.

Keep in mind that orders’ delivery timeframe is set according to your location and is applicable only during working days and excluding public holidays.

• Local deliveries in Kuwait need around 3 working days.
• International deliveries need around 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are free on our website for orders exceeding 100 Kuwaiti dinars. Biancanera handles the fees for all first time deliveries domestically and internationally. In case of return or exchange, delivery fees will be borne by the customer.

You may be charged additional fees such as custom duties or taxes only for international orders made outside Kuwait since the goods ordered may not originate from the country you reside in, therefore are subject to a custom duty (taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders).

Fees cannot be agreed on prior to the order and are set according to your country’s jurisdictions, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.

Address Changes & Tracking

Our customer service team is glad to assist you with any information related to your order.

If you would like to change your delivery address for any reason or have a preferred timing for delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

However, if the order is already dispatched we regret to inform you that changes won’t be applicable.
