How do I set up an account to start shopping?

If you are a new user, you click on the profile icon at the top right side panel of the page, scroll down and click on “Create a New Account” to create your account by filling your personal information.

If you are a pre-registered user, you click on the profile icon and log in automatically using your email address, phone number or by using social login (your Gmail, Facebook or Twitter account).


Is it important to log in before starting the shopping process?

Logging in with your personal information will create an easier experience for you on our site.

You’ll have access to the following:

  • Add the most loved items to your wish list
  • Stay updated with our latest news
  • View your previous orders and track your new ones
  • Have a faster shopping experience since all of your personal information will be stored on our site, you wouldn’t have to enter them every time upon each order

All of your personal information such as name, address or mobile number or other details will be totally private and not available to any other third party.

What should I do if I am having trouble logging in to my Bianca Nera account?

If you are a pre-registered user and forgot your password, click on 'forgot password' and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it.

For any other technical difficulties, please contact our customer service team. 

How can I shop on your website?

After selecting your preferred product, click on add to cart and go directly to checkout or go back to the product page to add more items. Once you’re done, click on your cart to process the payment, choose your payment method, fill in your information and complete your order.

How can I add and view items in my wish list?

After logging in to your account, click on the product that you would like to save and click on the heart icon next to it. The product will be automatically added to your wish list. To view all of your saved products click on the heart icon on the top right side of the page next to the profile icon.

How do I know if your international designer brands items are authentic?

Rest assured since you are dealing with one of most trustworthy retailers in the region.

Bianca Nera’s products are all 100% authentic.

How do I search for a specific item?

You will find a search bar in the top left hand corner of our page, enter the brand name you are looking for or the product code or any other simple description. If you are unable to locate the item you are looking for, please use our Live chat panel or contact our customer service team for further assistance.

How can I find my size and choose accordingly?

Next to each selected product, you will see a size guide explaining all sizes and details. If you need more details about the product specifications or sizes please contact our customer service department, they will be glad to assist you.

How will I know if an item is out of stock?

A 'sold out' banner will be displayed next to the product if the item is not available. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an order but sold out by the time we process the order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

How do I change the currency on the website?

Please click on the currency tab on the top right side panel of the website and choose your preferred currency.

Can I exchange or return a product?

The exchange or refund option is applicable on our website within only 24hours after receiving your product. Please check the return & refund policy for additional details on the conditions stated in our policy (Exchange and Return).

How can I use the loyalty discount amount on your website?

The loyalty deductible amounts are earned by shopping in one of our physical stores.

You will be receiving an SMS message to your mobile number mentioning that you are now eligible to use that specific deductible loyalty amount on your next online purchase on our website.

In order to redeem your discount, before starting the shopping process, you will have to log in to our site and register using your mobile number since your deductible loyalty amount was confirmed and linked to your mobile number.

Once you have registered, you can start adding products to your cart and then proceed to check out.

You will see in your payment details that a specific amount has been automatically deducted from your total invoice, congrats!

In case the loyalty amount to be discounted didn’t appear, please make sure again that you’ve logged in to our site using the same number stored in our database that you usually submit when purchasing in our stores.

Bianca Nera ships to all countries.

Which company do you ship with?

Our courier partner is DHL for all countries except for Kuwait we do have our own delivery system.

How much do you charge for shipping fees?

When you place an order, delivery fees will be free of charge for all local and international orders.

For any exchange or refund, delivery fees will apply. 

Are there any additional fees to be paid?

For all international orders outside Kuwait, there might be an extra charge for duties and taxes.

The exact fees to be paid are related to the customs regulations of each country. 

How long does it take you to deliver an order in Kuwait?

Any order within Kuwait usually takes 3 working days to be delivered.

How long does it take to deliver a product outside Kuwait?

All international orders usually take around 5 to 7 working days.

Can we pay online?

Yes, we offer various payment methods such as MasterCard, Visa for all local and international orders and you can also pay through Knet for local orders made in Kuwait only.
