Exchanges & Returns

At Bianca Nera, our prime concern is our customer’s satisfaction.

We want you to be extremely happy with all your purchases made with us on our site.

This is why we have created the below terms for all exchanges & returns:

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within only 24hours right after receiving your product.
• Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the product is in the same condition as when you have received it, unworn, undamaged, with its original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Any altered apparel or customized product cannot be exchanged or returned.

Bianca Nera reserves the right to determine if the returned or exchanged product is still in its original condition.

If any of our products are exempted from the above policy and have a no-return or exchange option, this will be mentioned next to the product description. Please read each of our products’ description thoroughly before purchasing your desired item.

Refunds & Payments:

If your payment was made online through any of the following methods such as Visa, MasterCard or Knet then the refunded amount will be reversed to your bank account. Please allow some time for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.

If you have paid your transaction cash upon delivery (this is only applicable in Kuwait & Qatar) then the refunded amount will also be returned in cash.

Concerning the delivery charge during any return or exchange process, extra fees will apply to cover the full charges (delivery & other fees if applicable). Bianca Nera delivers your product for free only on the first purchased order before requesting any exchange or refund.

Duties, taxes or additional tariffs will not be refunded and will be part of the customer’s responsibility during any exchange process as well.
